Hello,

On my system, I have a system account that send some mails (in fact, apache)
Sometimes, I have DSN that are deferred because the maildir of the
account does not exist (and should not)
Just for testing, I created it (using maildirmake). This way, I can
receive mails that I do not want.

I would like to trash these mails quietly. In:
http://www.courier-mta.org/dot-courier.html, there is the following thing:
"If the file is not a zero length file, and does not specify any
delivery instructions, messages to the corresponding E-mail address are
silently discarded."

So, I created a .courier file: echo "Thrash my mail" >
$HOME_OF_THE_APACHE_ACCOUNT/.courier

And I have the following queue contents:

web:/usr/local/apache# mailq
Size Queue ID Date
User From
Status Recipient
---------------- ---------------------------------------------------------
736 00041F02.46E2AA8E.00007DDB Sep 08 15:58
daemon [EMAIL PROTECTED]
fail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
fail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                 [EMAIL PROTECTED]

736 00041EF9.46E2AA3E.00007D9D Sep 08 15:57
daemon [EMAIL PROTECTED]
fail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
fail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                 [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If I remove the .courier file and do a courier flush, mails are
delivered into the Maildir I created (and would like not to use)

Where am I wrong?
Is there a better way to trash quietly messages on a specifix mailbox?

Best regards.
jerome Blion.
