This is an error that a third party gets when they send from their ISP's webmail. It seems to happen only from the webmail. My guess is that it is a bug in that webmail system whereby it uses an oddball newline character and all the headers are being treated as one single line of header. Without a dump of what courier sees at the smtp level theres no point in looking at the headers which are as normal looking as can be.
