Then use a transparent SMTP Proxy, or ask your foreign mail senders to use a VPN, or webmail, or only let through authenticated SMTP Auth using a transparent smtp proxy, or apply any other of the ideas Gordon provided :P - It's the 21st century, after all, and spam IS a problem.
