I understand the way Courier accepts the 1st message when the mailbox is
full and denies the rest.

But with reading on a few sites, has there been a definitive answer in how
to even deny that 1st email than allowing it to sit in the queue?

I have several email servers that are running like 6000 emails in queue and
5700 with Maildir Over Quota.

I have seen "BOFHSUPPRESSBACKSCATTER" and "ESMTP_BLOCKBACKSCATTER" listed as
a possible result, but setting these to what will resolve this?

Thanks,
Mrozone
