It's exactly because courier is so complex that a wiki could be extremely helpful for those starting out with courier for the first time and struggling to digest all of the documentation. It's taken me years to have a moderate understanding of how to manage a courier setup and a lot of documentation assumes prior understanding of a lot of advanced principles that really only become obvious after getting part of the infrastructure up and running and then seeing how it works, then the other half of the documentation starts to make sense.
