i think, that you allow connection from that network and refuse to recieve mail 
 from there.
i use such  rules for the unblacklisted spamers:

$ cat /etc/courier/smtpaccess/deny | grep BLOCK
89.111.165      allow,BLOCK="go out, spamers!"
---
