This is wrong. Courier supports multiple encryption methods. One of them is something courier-special (SECURITY-extension, never digged into that) but also simple TLS (STARTTLS) is fully supported. I don't know which way you want to encrypt (messages from you to your customer or the other way round) but for connections made from other people to your box, you can get all courier services to only accept user credentials when TLS is used. That's how we enforce encrypted connections to our users for authSMTP, IMAP and POP3. regards, Bernd -- Sigmentation fault
