Courier 0.59.0 resolution: Configure script was unable to get courier UID and GUID, they were absent from courier.h file when i ran ./configure --with-mailuid=1111 --with-guid=2222 everything was fine. Took me about a week to get to. The --with-mailuid option does not seem to be mentioned in the install.html [which is otherwise very good, even for newbies like me]. The option does not show in configure --help, even google searches did not help. Is it posible to mention this in the documentation? To help future users.
