Courier 0.59.0

resolution:
Configure script was unable to get courier UID and GUID, they were
absent from courier.h file

when i ran ./configure --with-mailuid=1111 --with-guid=2222
everything was fine.

Took me about a week to get to. The --with-mailuid option does not
seem to be mentioned in the install.html [which is otherwise very
good, even for newbies like me]. The option does not show in
configure --help, even google searches did not help. Is it posible to
mention this in the documentation? To help future users.

Courier is great, had been using it in our company for several years now.
