I have a cert from GoDaddy, that I'd like to use with Courier-Imap (v4.3.1,2 on FreeBSD 7.0-STABLE).
I have the gd-class2-root.crt file, and a gd_intermediate_bundle.crt file as well. My server crt verifies fine with gd_intermediate_bundle.crt using openssl verify -CAfile gd_intermediate_bundle.crt mail.wingfoot.org.crt (works with .pem on the server cert too). I have the following in my imapd-ssl file: TLS_CERTFILE=/usr/local/share/courier-imap/mail.wingfoot.org.pem TLS_TRUSTCERTS=/usr/local/share/courier-imap/gd-intermediate_bundle.crt TLS_PROTOCOL=TLS1 TLS_STARTTLS_PROTOCOL=TLS1 Yet the cert still shows up in thunderbird as being "unable to verify certificate for.." I've tried setting TLS_PROTOCOL=SSL23, which I saw suggested somewhere. Still the same issue. :( Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
