I knew I would have to write some sentences about why I want to do things like

Cool down, I'm not that evil.

A few days ago, I switched hardware and IP-addresses of my main courier box. 
Due to a config problem, I forgot to add all needed domain names to 
esmtpacceptmailfor. Needless to say that the one I forgot was the 
highest-traffic domain I run.

So Courier bounced a buch of messages back with "relaying denied" until I 
noticed that and could fix it.

My idea is (and I think I have had this when I started to use courier) to 
switch all errors to soft-errors for the first hour of operation to be able 
to fix problems without loosing messages.

No, I won't forget about it. 

For sure, it was me to do that stupid mistake and I could have prevented it be 
double-checking the config. 
But I'll have to make sure this won't happen again. So this Option (if I 
recall the existance of it correctly) will make it into my server-migration 
how-to if someone could help me where to find it.
