I downgraded imapd and imapd-ssl to 4.1.1. and everything is fine again.Remove explicit TLS_PROTOCOL and TLS_STARTTLS_PROTOCOL settings from all config files. Leave them unset.Ok, I have just tried that. The result is: It worked *partially*. I thought the remaining errors are too weird (e.g. it worked with one account but not with another, same client, same machine, same config, just different login name) - so I restarted Thunderbird. It was still the same and I had to downgrade again.Anything else I cold try?
Can't think of anything -- these are the only TLS-related changes. You need to get better error messages out of Thunderbird.
