"bind" here is referring to the imapd trying to "bind" itself to a specific IP Address and Port on the server.
and the courier-imap config: ----[ '/etc/courier/imapd' ]-------------------------------------------- ADDRESS=192.168.0.7
Did you configure the server to act as 192.168.0.7, can you ping it? Maybe you need something like:
