Hello, 

I understand your needs. I don't think it's a good idea to blacklist all
these networks: "Many" does not mean "All"

Most of spammers are already registered in URIBL like zen.spamhaus.org.
You can try to use such a blacklist. Add a content filter and it should
solve your problems.

If you really want to discard these connexions, You could do it using 2
ways: 
 - block them at the lowest level: Firewall them !
 - Use a courier filter to discard mails (pythonfilter is just perfect for
that)
