I don't believe that works.  AFAIK, you can only create dot-courier 
files in aliasdir for "local" domains.

If you want something that works with minimal maintenance, I'd locate a 
copy of the courier-to-mailman.py script and adapt it to work with 
rt-mailgate.

If you just want to use the aliases file, that should work, too:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]: | /usr/bin/rt-mailgate --queue infrastructure --action 
comment --url http://localhost/rt/
