Hello:

Our director has been complaining about the performance while accessing
his mail. As such, we've begun the process of evaluating our entire
mail infrastructure to find out where the possible bottlenecks might be.

We'd really like to be able to have hard numbers to go back to him with
in order to show any performance gains we're able to squeeze out. It
seems like the best way to do that is to develop some benchmarks with
our current setup and try different things to tune performance and do
comparisons.

Does anyone have any suggestions for existing tools that can benchmark
IMAP performance and work well with courier? I've taken a look at
imaptest, but that seems to be highly optimized for dovecot.

Regards,
Bob
