we are migrating a customers mail server (courier) to new hardware and a new country and want to migrate the users over gradually which means keeping the original server running until all users are receiving mail on the new server.
On the current server we are using virtual accounts (LDAP). As each user gets migrated, We want to put a .forward file in the users $HOME dir to redirect or copy any new mail they receive on the original server to their maildir on the new server.
