I'm sorry, this list is incomplete. Add to it the following:

prefix="/usr"
exec_prefix="/usr"
PATH=/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin
SHELL=/bin/sh
DSNTOAUTHADDR=0
DYNAMICDELIVERIES=1
DEFAULTDELIVERY="| /usr/bin/maildrop"
MAILDROPDEFAULT=./Maildir
ESMTP_CORK=1
ESMTP_BLOCKBACKSCATTER=smtp/dsn
UUXFLAGS="-j -g C"

-------------------

It seems that I'm getting the same failure message on another, nearly
identical courier installation, however it seems to be unrelated to
STARTTLS. Another sleuthing research project ....

It surely would be helpful if the missing file were logged along with
the "No such file or directory" message :-/
