Ok, this is how it usually works for me.. I beat at it.. get lost, ask
the question, and THEN I stumble on the answer...

I had to remove my /etc/courier/hosteddomains/nickellson.com file and
remake "makehosteddomains. Now it seems to be relaying as I was hoping
it would.
