Yes. My e-mail should not be delayed or denied because of "Broken Email" person.

It's an issue with the user.
E-mail sent to a bunch of recipients is e-mail sent to a bunch of recipients.
A delivery status notice for one recipient is... take a guess, yup, a
delivery status notice for one recipient.
