Once in a while I get this error:

I don't believe this is an error on my courier server, it is an error on the
destination server. But why would it be complaining?
This is basically messages initiated on localhost to the outside, so on my end
it shouldn't have any relay issues, and there's no attempt at authenticating on
the remote server, it's only delivering.
