I've been having trouble connecting all day:

Feb 25 15:05:20 mail postfix/smtp[7182]: D403F118AE3F:
to=<[email protected]
 >, relay=mx.sourceforge.net[216.34.181.68]:25, delay=0.81,
delays=0.25/0/0.55/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host
mx.sourceforge.net[216.34.181.68] refused to talk to me: 421
3b2kzd1.ch3.sourceforge.com: Too many concurrent SMTP connections;
please try again later)

(lots of these as a post I made tried to get out and very few messages
in. In fact, no messages in between 09:02 and 16:24)
