The question is:

How can I send a message from <[email protected]> to a currently
unknown host, relaying over <mx.freenet.de>.

In exim4 you can configure it to use the SENDER, and NOT the RECIPIENT
domain, but it does not work in courier. How do you do this?

The destination server is always selected using the receipient's address, not the sender's address.
