dspam doesn't do message delivery.  Somehow, your system needs to be 
configured to use maildrop.

Many people configure their system to ignore DEFAULTDELIVERY.  As a 
"default", it is only used when there is no more specific delivery agent 
specified.  If you set up virtual users, and specify a "mailbox" option 
(rather than leaving that blank), that option will override 
DEFAULTDELIVERY.  If your user has a .courier file, that will also 
override DEFAULTDELIVERY.  If the destination address is resolved to a 
dot-courier file in etc/courier/aliasdir, those delivery instructions 
will be used instead of DEFAULTDELIVERY.

If you want additional help, as Sam said, you'll need to provide more of 
your configuration.  I suggest, at a minimum, including DEFAULTDELIVERY, 
maildroprc, and the output from "authtest <username>" if you are using 
virtual users.
