I'm having an odd problem which I can only attribute to some anomaly is
Courier Webmail (SqWebMail). If I add an anchor hyperlink to the
template code, every browser I have will duly follow the link to a new
page, but the Address URL text entry field and the page title are _not_
updated in any of them and still refer to the URL of SqWebMail and
remain "locked" on this URL through subsequent reloads of various pages.

Thinking that perhaps this was due to some error in my HTML, or possibly
in my JavaScript code which I added to the template, I reduced the
problem to its simplest form, using the stock login.html from Double
Precision and adding simply a line below "[#include:loginform#]" with
something like "follow <a href='some_url'>this link</a>" but it makes no
difference.

You can see this in action. Go to
<http://shakti.fmp.com/cgi-bin/webmail> and click on the "WebMail Home"
button or the Go Home link. The resulting page should properly display
the URL <http://www.fmp.com/fmp/webmailchoice3.php5> in the URL Address
entry text box and "FMP Webmail Choices" as the page title, or FMP's
home page, but instead, the URL Address field still shows
<http://shakti.fmp.com/cgi-bin/webmail?index=1> and the page title,
reflected in the Window title, shows "SqWebMail - <copyright notice>".

If one presses the page reload button, SqWebMail is reloaded, not the
displayed page.

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on here?
