Did I get this right that this is just a "binary" switch to change the behaviour when the "BLOCK" variable is set? If that's true, I would suggest to chnage this slightly so that both things can be done (use seperate variables). The reason for this suggestion: When any false positive entry is on the list, then a DROP'ed connection is just a temporary error. The sender does receive a message like "tried to often, receiver unreachable" after several days. When BLOCK'ing as before, He get's a 5xx error immediately, that tells him what is wrong (as I give some hint in the custom block message). I would be glad to DROP connections from some really obvious DNSBLs but dropping all of them is not good for me. regards, Bernd -- When something is 'new and improved' - which is it?
