If you use .courier forwarding, you need two lines - one tells ./Maildir/ meaning save local copy, and the other &address-somewhere-else.com meaning send a copy to another location. Similar effect can be achieved with maildrop - line cc address-somewhere-else.com sends copy to that address and continues, so you will have a local copy as well.
