Does Courier IMAP have username length restriction?
I created two virtual accounts: alexander and alexander.erameh using USERDB.
Telnet localhost 143
a login alexander password (This works)
However,
Telnet localhost 143
A login alexander.erameh password (I get the message a NO Login failed)
Both accounts successfully connect to POP3 (Telnet localhost 110).
Another thing to note is that when I run AUTHTEST alexander.erameh password,
I am successfully authenticated.
So why is IMAP not accepting the alexander.erameh account and POP3 accepts
it?
