This means message is generated by your server...

... and server to receive this message rejected it. Error message says name 
used in HELO (look for SMTP details in RFC mentioned or elsewhere) is not 
valid. As there is no IP mentioned here where your server runs, I can not 
tell more, but maybe you have no valid name in courier's config 'me' file or 
the error is in how your zone is set in DNS.
