Having a bit of a problem with ESMTP. Using courier 0.63.0 and authlib
0.62.4.
authtest is working fine - so all the PAM and LDAP stuff is good. [I'm
working
on a Linux system with MS AD for authentication.]
However attempts to send e-mail with ESMTP enabled results in the
message
"535 Authentication Failed" from courieresmtpd. Putting some extra
logging
in courieresmtpd.c shows auth_sasl_ex() is returning +1 with errno
set to 2 ("no such file or directory").
I have a very similar set up running happily with courier 0.56.0 and
authlib 0.59.3
on an older machine and that hasn't let the company down in 2 years of
operation.

ESMTPAUTH="LOGIN"

Any clues or suggestions as to what silly mistake(s) I've made would be
