This build includes fixes for several localization issues. Release 0.64 of Courier (release 2.3.0 of maildrop) added many localization-related enhancements to maildrop tools (mailbot, reformime, and others). But because maildrop creates an empty environment when it's started in delivery mode, external processes invoked by maildrop would therefore lose the default system locale, and break.
Changes:• maildrop: preserve LANG, LANGUAGE, and LC_* environment variables when maildrop gets invoked in delivery mode.
• deliver: do not start processes invoked from .courier files with an empty environment. Keep the default environment that was loaded in Courier's startup script.
