Are you sure you would like that? For example, since I'm not on sbl, 
in case I have to dispatch some spam I could use your server rather 
than mine and happily remain out of sbl. Why would you want to allow 
me to do that?

Usually, servers allow relaying to users that have their mailboxes 
there. Authentication is required to check that. If not, how would you 
give me a userid and password?
