Same way as smtp. Courier uses exactly the same process for all authentication. If you have it working for smtp, it should also work for pop3 and imap.
other question. In file conf of courier ( /etc/courier/* ) how i put the informations for the courier search my base in ldap. for exemple: dc=domain, dc=com or c=domain, o=com (my file conf was this form )
Set LDAP_BASEDN in authldaprc.However, since you already have it working for smtp, this should be set already.
