Well, if there are a lot of recipients, multiple control files get created, but each one will still have a corresponding data files. All the data files will just be a hardlink to the same message.
And also, is there a possibility to add rejected addresses to conrrol files, for logging and similar purposes (DCC)?
No. This is not possible.
