Who cares?  The original request was for FastCGI support in the cgi 
application because nginx doesn't support CGI.  Users of nginx can't use 
the sqwebmail cgi as it is.

The easiest solution would be to wrap the CGI:
http://wiki.nginx.org/NginxSimpleCGI
