The error is somewhere in the script that submits a message to Courier's sendmail which does not appear to contain anything that looks like a To:, Cc: or a Bcc: header. As such, sendmail cannot determine to which recipients the message should be mailed to, and thus reports the following error:
Your message to the following recipients cannot be delivered: <[email protected]>: <<< 511 Headers specify no receipients. <<< sendmail: Unable to submit message.
