Truue, but it only causes troubles we are being hevaily flooded.
These problems are to be solved using firewall rules.

However no matter what limits we set, there's still someone who will cross
them. And for most of them I'd invite something that will tell them they
should stop (error message usually counts as different error than connection
closed).
