I have several servers running Courier on top of DRBD or NFS and it
works all fine. What also works is setting up redundant IMAPds all using
the same exported maildirs on NFS with a hostname pointing to those
multiple IP addresses.
Such setups work here in production.

GlusterFS is my next experiment, on the long run it should replace the
DRBD storage and I see no reason why this should not work.
