I've been testing ISPConfig3 and it seems to default to postfix+dovecot and when using IMAP via Thunderbird it shows the top level folders in line with the Inbox. Now that I have installed courier-imap instead the top level folders appear as subfolders of the Inbox, which I am used to, but I kind of like the top level folders as they appeared with dovecot.
