Maybe it looks weird, but that's right.

„NORMAL“ is something like a macro for a list of algorithms. The list is
sorted by priority. One of these algorithms is ARCFOUR-128. With the
„-ARCFOUR-128“ this algorithm is removed from the list. And with the
„+ARCFOUR-128“ it is added again to the list, but as it is now the right
most algorithm it has the least precedence.
