This is a periodically-occuring XY problem: http://xyproblem.info/The password that I use to log in to various places does not depend on what my IP address is. And I suspect that this is true pretty much for everyone else, too.
When you explain what you real problem is, that you're trying to solve this way, it will typically end up falling into one of several categories of problems encountered in the past, with known resolutions.
