I don't have a dev box for the mail servers.  I might be able to get 
away with doing this on the internal server during off hours, but I 
wouldn't want to do it on the outside server, which is used by a few of 
our clients.

I think I'm going to have to make a VM for this.  Actually, I'm going to 
have to make two since the two servers are running different OS versions 
and one is 32-bit and the other is 64-bit.
