Testing my server I got the attached result. In the log I found:

That agrees with 12.172 seconds delay. "More info" mentions tarpitting as an
explanation
and refers to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123891.aspx#TF for
additional info.
IMHO, the errors mxtoolbox reported should be considered warnings at most.
