I think I see the problem, includes != include... v=spf1 includes:spf.protection.outlook.com -all should be... v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all The domain admin atxxxx.com.au has made a mistake setting up the TXT record. I hope you don't mind but while I am here would you/anyone mind giving me a reminder how to "whitelist" the above until they fix the TXT record?
This should be a matter of setting BOFHSPFHELO, BOFHSPFMAILFROM and BOFHSPFFROM to "off" in the smtpaccess file, for the connecting IP address.
