Sorry, you haven't mentioned that. You provided IP address which is
similar to addresses used in closed networks, but it is public and
assigned to Symbolics, Inc.

If no mail is sent from one of the servers, then the first thing that I
would do is check DNS server's logs. If that does not show anything
interesting, then I would tcpdump dns traffic. That would show what
queries are not answered.

And, if you really used 192.10.x.y address for closed network, then I
would not rule out possibility that this clashes somehow with public
addresses. Either use addresses that are assigned to you, or use only
from RFC1918.

And finaly, if you want to receive help, please don't obfuscate logs and
configurations. That only makes diagnostics more complicated without
providing any security to you. And don't be rude to Mr.Sam.
