I love the Courier suit and have been using for the past 10 years. Kudos to Sam
Varshavchik for his great work. I had tweaked Courier IMAP to support Apple
Push some time ago. However I never bothered to make my "hack" publicly
available.
With Apples switch to a new HTTP/2 API I had to rewrite my code anyway, so I
made an additional effort to get it into shape:

I hope it's of use to others. If any one runs into an issue, please use the
