Incidentally, since non-responsiveness of some authors has become an issue, I've revised the SRFI process to allow consensus-based edits to fix errors in such cases. (It used to be the case that any corrections made without a reply from the author would go to a separate page only indirectly linked from the Status section. That now seems like pointless bureaucracy.)
