It isn't very clear in the Examples section that `guard` is a syntactic
keyword.  I read "[<pattern> (guard <guard expression> ... (body)>" as if
"guard" was "<guard>".  The fact that in the printed version the angle
brackets and parens look much alike didn't help either.  I suggest putting
everything within angle brackets in roman type and the keywords in bold
(both as in RnRS).
