So far its "Chicago" Bob Mechling and I.

We looked at 1 Warren St. I like 1 Warren because its owned by a
contractor named Scott Campbell who can do the work to get the space
up and running. The downside is that will take time. Scott seemed
receptive to the idea of coworking space.

We are also considering the former Dunn Lumber building on Front St.
This building is "for sale". Have not been able to speak to the
owners yet. Property is across the Amtrak station. Excellent for
commuters to NYC and close the the waterfront area.

Another 2 locations are on Lower Warren. 200 Warren and the last
empty building on the even side of the 200 block of Warren St. Across
from Lilli and Loo. These buildings are owned by Eric Galloway who
indicated he will talk as soon as he gets back to Hudson. These
spaces need refurbishing too,

So "creatives" email me or post here if you want in on the ground
floor. I know you are out there.
