Just got back from the Ravenswood space. We (a group of four including Jeff and I) took a look at two spaces: the 1600 sqft space Jeff was metioning and an 800 sqft space. Ideally we are looking for - oh - six anchors of diverse backgrounds for the space assuming we went with the larger loft. We may or may not have that number already but if you are interested drop a line to Jeff. We may go with the smaller space if there is insufficient people for the larger space.
The space is in an old industrial building that is being converted to office lofts. There were guys taping drywall as we were looking around but I guess it will be ready by June. Both spaces are on the second/top floor with large north-facing windows.
