Hey, we are finally done with construction and painting at the coworking Palo Alto space, and I'd like to invite people to drop by. If you're in the area, and interested in coworking, we're having an officewarming and coworking meetup on Friday, July 6, from noon-5 pm. The office is at 151 Forrest Ave, next to 655 High St. in Palo Alto.
I realize some of you might be going to iPhoneDevCamp - if you're coming from the South Bay, stop by on the way up on Friday afternoon! Here's how to find our info: Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2396143751 Coworking wiki: http://coworking.pbwiki.com/CoworkingPaloAlto Socialtext Open wiki: http://www.socialtext.net/open/index.cgi?coworking_space We have free wireless, lots of light and windows, couches and tables and chairs, basic kitchen supplies, and a casual/drop-in structure. The office is right near downtown Palo Alto, two blocks from University Avenue. Come see the space - meet and talk about what you'd like in a coworking office - sign up on the wiki - I'd love to get a little bit of barn-raising help to make the space nicer, though it's looking pretty good so far. Right now it's mostly me, Adina Levin, Peter Kaminsky, Jack Herrick, and Ravi Dronamraju - plus whoever drops by with a laptop. Oh and if anyone has a bookshelf, we could use one.
